Making an appointment
​
An appointment will usually be arranged after instruction from a solicitor to provide a Medical Report.
Clients will typically book via an online booking link sent to your mobile or email address supplied by your solicitor. The booking system will present a list of available dates and time slots. These are allocated on a first come/first served bases.
Your examination will likely take up to 1 hour. There are 14 stairs from ground level to the consulting room and no lift access is available. If this poses any mobility issues, then please advise immediately, as we would have to decline your solicitor's request.
I usually ask that family members or friends stay outside the consultation room, however if necessary one additional person can accompany you.
Location
The examination is undertaken at The Wellbeing Rooms, 5A Kirk Street, Bearsden, G61 3RG (next to Massimo Restaurant).

Free parking is available on Sundays:

Pre-appointment questionnaire
Please download the questionnaire relevant to your incident. it would be useful for you to complete this (to the best of your ability) or review in advance of the examination.
It can either be emailed back prior to or brought along to your appointment.

Photographs
If you have any photographs of pertinent details such as injuries, vehicle damage, machinery involved, incident location, etc it would be helpful if you were able to send them to the email address – client.information.TMR@proton.me.
Reminders and cancellations
You will be contacted 4 days before your appointment to remind you of the appointment.

If it is impossible for me to confirm your attendance then I will have to consider that you are unable to attend.
If you are delayed or unable to attend it is imperative that you inform me directly of this as soon as this becomes apparent.

A £50 "did not attend” fee will be charged to your solicitor where a client does not appear for a confirmed appointment without reasonable prior notification.
